Each Serving of Twinlab Colon Care Contains: Psyllium Husks: A natural fiber that helps keep the entire gastrointestinal system functioning smoothly. Fiber in the diet is important for the maintenance of good health. Each serving of Colon Care provides 5 grams of natural psyllium husk fiber. Unlike bran, psyllium husk fiber is extremely gentle. Barley Malt: A natural grain extract rich in naturally occurring vitamins.
