Rhodiola Rosea Extract Full Spectrum and Standardized Herbal Supplement Adaptogen for Physical and Mental Stamina Rhodiola is a legendary adaptogenic tonifier that comes from the polar Arctic regions of Eastern Siberia. Also known as Arctic Root, rhodiola was traditionally used to increase stamina.
