Review Alpha Lipoic Acid |
It is one of the best antioxidants on the market and very inexpensive. It may be little, but it provides me with BIG Benefits. I use this with fish oil because absorption is necessary. I've been found Alpha Lipoic Acid is Natural source for Vitamin E & very useful in the absorption of Alpha Lipoic Acid. I will continue taking it for its anti-oxidant benefits.
