Burdock Root (Arctium lappa) is a biennial herb indigenous to Europe and Asia that can now be found growing throughout North America. You may know it as cocklebur, hareburr, or gypsy rhubarb. Considered a hearty weed by gardeners, Burdock is a popular culinary herb used in a number of Japanese dishes, and as a traditional herbal remedy. The root of this herb contains a number of health-promoting constituents, including flavonoids, glycosides, mucilage, inulin, and more. The alkalinizing minerals found in Burdock Root explain its historical use as a blood purifier. Burdock is considered an excellent whole-body cleanser and detoxifier. Suggested Use: Shake Well. As a dietary supplement, take 2 - 4 mls, up to 4X daily. Measure in dropper and put in mouth, water, juice or mix with warm water to make a tea. Other Ingredients: Purified Water, 40% (1:2) Pure Grain Alcohol for maximum activity, potency and freshness of delicate botanical constituents.

Natural products are always safe to use Burdock root is one of them without any hesitation I prefer to use Burdock Root. Burdock Root has been used as remedy for fevers and colds, urinary tract infections, and rheumatism. One of the most common uses which Burdock root is famous for is blood purification. Cost is dirt cheap and easily available at several stores.
