After using it I can feel the real difference on my immune system. Advice by my doctor I am using it for one year and believe me I am the only person in my house that was affect by flu. Several years now I have been using Astragalus root product of Natures Way. They work well for me to balance me with a good, healthy lifestyle. First time when I use this at that time my doctor recommended me to use this supplement, and Nature's Way is a reputable brand. Astragalus root a simple product but useful when you need it.
