Hylands Arnica Montana 30C 2 dram Bruises & Muscle Soreness Arnica (Arnica Montana) is a homeopathic anti-inflammatory that may be used for traumatic injury, bruises, strained joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, tensive backache, concussion, stroke, heart strain and reduces pain and bleeding after surgery. Hyland's Homeopathic Medicines are manufactured according to the standards set forth in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States. We offer unique formulations and use only the highest quality materials in the preparation of our products. Ingredients: Arnica Montana is the standard single remedy from P & S laboratories (Hylands) for sprains and bruises. This product carries the standard homeopathic label (Not Hyland) Recommend: Dissolve 3-6 pellets under tongue 3-4 times a day, repeat as required or as directed by a licensed practitioner. I have been taking Arnica Montana for 2 months. I notice difference in the dark circles under my eyes. I feel better in my eyes. I am very impressed with this product.

I had some bruising and swelling around my eyes. Taking the 3 day reduced the bruising so much that the staff at the doctor's office were amazed. although easy, it's a lot of times to take something per day. If you have bruising, take it it's great stuff Arnica Montana.
