I use many other products but Fenugreek Seed is good to promote digestive. I use Fenugreek Seed for lowering blood sugars and also for lowering cholesterol. It helps me a lot to reduce the level of the sugar in the blood. Fenugreek is probably a good product I suggest this for you.

I've been taking Fenugreek seed from last two months when my milk decreased after my son went to day care at 2 months. After 2 days of taking Fenugreek my milk increased 100%. I would definitely recommend Fenugreek if you are having supply issues.
