I have only been using Lecithin for a few weeks but I have been able to greatly reduce liver. I routinely take Lecithin the only supplement or change I've made..in any way! I think its definitely worth a try No side effects.

Lecithin is to take additional supplements for those things which are found naturally in our daily food, but this product is well enough to give extra protection from the deficiency of Lecithin in our body.

Lecithin is a natural substance found in cell membranes for those whose body is not preparing enough lecithin to the nutrients found in fats, utilization of all these fats is necessary since it contains Vitamin A, D, E and K. Overall best source of lecithin and affordable too.
