Animal studies have shown that L-theanine crosses the blood brain barrier, increases dopamine and GABA levels in the brain, and inhibits the stimulatory properties of caffeine. This brand has helped me get the rest I need. I have had a sleep maintenance problem and am now 42 years old. My occupation can be very pressurized and since taking L-Theanine. It is the best OTC product that I have tried. It will keep me a sleep approximately the entire night. I must get it early or I will feel somewhat sleepy the next day. Its very NICE product, high quality, does just what I wanted it to do. It really assists with stress and anxiety.

L-Theanine is wonderfull. I have been use L-Theanine for one month and results is much better. After one weeks on results. But I use 3 weeks products it twice daily and am very impressed with this product. I will definitely re order L-Theanine absolutely wonderful.

I have been taking L-Theanine weeks a go and like the results so far. After the first week of taking one tablet 3 times a day and got better results L-Theanine. L-Theanine is excellent.
