I take 1 teaspoon in tea daily after eating it quickly relieves the full feeling from over eating you'll feel better within 10 minutes because its helps to cleanse the system and improve my regularity. I found this herb from "cleanse herb" forum and try it two month daily and find good results there taste were very pungent but it’s good.
