these pills worked a miracle. used to have cramps in my legs and feet so violently, my toes would curl, any little thing i would do would cause a cramp. sometimes at night a leg cramp would wake me out of my sleep and i'd pace the floor trying to get some relief. and the place where the cramp was very sore. i dont ever write reviews, however, these pills worked so well for me, i wanted others to know there is some relief out there. in the beginning i had to take the pills often but now i may take them only once every month or every other month. they really helped me.
