Cramps are worst thing to have since you always thinks that these are small twists which can be removed after small massage but cramps requires more than a massage to go. Leg Cramps w/Quinine is the perfect thing to have in the closet since in wet weathers cramps normally occurs, and as I live in most rainy state in whole USA so I think that Leg Cramps w/Quinine is best for me. Easy to use and quick and rapid relief to the cramps in lower parts of abdomen like legs and waste which normally becomes the prey of cramps.
