I' have wanted to lose weight for years, and I just haven't found any product on markets or diet that helped me to do reduce that. This is the only the first month while taking it and my personal experience is that it really does curb your appetite but I haven’t notice any significant weight loss may be it come with the time. I have been eating less and having less cravings that why I repurchase it because I want loss my weight with it.
