Definitely this product is very beneficial for woman like me because at this middle age I need this product which not only maintain my weight but also be effective on my mood. Estrin is one the best product for hot flashes. A product which promote overall health.

Estrin-D is the best thing I have ever tried for hot flashes, after using it i come to know how it is so beneficial for weight loss and mood swing. The cost is little bit in the expensive side but manageable.
