From the family of Araliaceous and Asian ginseng Pan Ax Ginseng it is famously known by its nick names “Touch Me Not” and Devil’s Shrub.
It is a woodland plant found in abundance in Siberia and the Korean peninsula and from there it spread to the entire world like British Columbia and northern California.
Eleuthero Root
is used in Chinese medicine (A traditional medicine) since 190 A.D. Now days it is used as an adaptogen (An herb which helps the body to fight with stress). This aspect of eleuthero root was discovered by Russian scientist Brekhman in 1940. It was distributed to entire cities of Siberia for 10 weeks early in the winter for cold and flu but it comes in to the light after Chernobyl Accident for which it is used for radiation exposure.

was famously used during Chernobyl Incident for radiation exposure apart from that Eleuthero is used to defeat stress, scientist believes it prevent from Adrenal Burning which always happened (or most of the time) due to physical and mental challenges. It enhances the aspect of FOCUS and concentration without any specific side effects.
Immune system is another part which is the target of this herb, by using this herb or any mixture including this herb has clinically tested and proved that people using such mixtures have more immune cells i.e. CD4+ cells (these cells are directly targeted by HIV Infection and AIDS).
Stamina is also increased by this herb which is necessary for sports personals and athletes, especially runners of marathon, and cyclists, football players and any game involving hectic work and requires immense power and stamina.
