i was planning on trying cylaris, but unsure when to take it, do i take it 30 min before a meal or one hour before. Unsure of if there a safe time to take it before i actually do it.

I have to say that in all my experience of taking fat burners and weight loss supplements this is the only one that doesn't make my heart race or palpatate abnormaly.I have taken greentea supplements that made me feel very hyper and made my heart beat strangely, now that I have been taking cylaris I feel very normal I have been taking it for about a week and have noticed that my clothes are starting to fit me better I can actualy button my jeans that a week ago I couldn't even get the button to the loop. I have already told several people about my results
and definately will take it till I lose my target of 65 lbs. good luck
