I think that this creatine supplement should be taken after you have developed a certain build (just my views) but overall this work very well if you follow the direction that is lot of water, proper diet and proper workout. Now I did feel a significant boost in my strength that why I increased my reps. It is easy to use and so far it doesn't show many side effects apart from an occasional headache. Thanks
