I've been taking Colon Cleanse this product (one pill a day) for a week now; right before the 'dam' opened up, I got really nauseous, then blamm-o! Twice a day with control (no running to the pottie). I feel a lot better - no more bloating - and I'm not ravenously hungry anymore so I can control what I'm eating a little better. This product is great!
