I take these Bioflavonoids daily after breakfast. It gives me great source of vitamins in my diet. Through this supplement I have more energetic and better then before, now I had much better immune system. It also reduces my back pain. These products are used by the body to assist make stronger and decline the permeability of blood vessel walls. It is good product and its price is reasonable.
