I've been using Biosil for over five years. Had a bone marrow biopsy and the doctor could not get the needle into my bones--he claimed my bones were among the hardest he'd ever seen. Have great hair (very thick) and nails don't split.

Since your hair grows only 1/4 inch in two weeks, you hair feeling thicker has to be imaginary or due to some other factor. However, I am trying the BioSil. I'm going to give it 2-3 months before I make any deductions. It's $25.00 to give it a try. Small investment; might be worth it.

For years my hair showed unevenness in growth ( the left side of my head was much weaker and thiner than the right side). Now it's balanced out and both sides are now thicker, stronger and shinier. I started using Biosil at the end of June 2008 after using Alfalfa supplements to grow and thickening my hair. But, Alfalfa is naturally fattening, so I definitely did not want to continue gaining excess weight after I had significant hair growth with the Alfalfa. Biosil is an excellent supplement for maintaining hair growth and strength.

I just started taking Biosil after overhearing a women at health food store ranting about how great the product is. So, I purchased a bottle and after my 2nd week, I definitely noticed my hair feeling silkier and thicker. I'm looking forward to seeing the results after a more extended use.

OMG! Why are people so hard headed. I've tried telling eveyone how amazing this supplement is but they refuse to listen. This stuff is awesome. My hair is so thick, my nails are growing so strong, and my skin has this amazing glow that even my husband noticed. This stuff is great. Don't waste any more time and give it a try.

I took biosil, it is the best for elasticity of bones, joints, connective tissue, hair, skin, nails, mucous membranes and arteries. After using biosil i got amazing result. I cant explain, my hair, skin and nails are amazing.. nails got stronger, make my hair shinier and very silky. I am very happy with Biosil it is great, i recommend to all you guys who want to nail strong and shiny hairs use this product. Thank you JARROW BIOSIL.

I started taking BioSil to prevent bone loss as I have Osteopenia. But a very nice BIOSIL side benefit is that I noticed a wonderful change in my life tone after about 2 months on the supplement.
